So, what exactly is an art car? It's a vehicle that has been transformed into a work of art, a personal expression of creativity and imagination. From imaginatively painted vehicles to extravagant fantasies with newly sculpted shells, these cars are truly one-of-a-kind. Some even come equipped with sound systems and DJ booths, making them mobile stages for your listening pleasure.

At Teleport, the focus is on art cars in motion. As they roll across the playa, attendees are invited to explore these attractions in a freeform manner. Catch a set on the Blackbird Bus, or hop on the Vibeapple for a ride to the next link up. The possibilities are endless – just follow your ears and eyes and create your own adventure!

But Teleport isn't just about the art cars. Expect legendary art car link ups, your favorite DJs from LA and beyond, motorcycle races, workshops, and more! And if you want to be even more involved in the experience, you can apply to bring your own art car, musical talents, vending booths, workshops, performance art, or theme camps.

Of course, it's important to take care of yourself while you're out there in the desert. Bring plenty of water (more than you think you'll need!), hydration packets, ice and a cooler, sunscreen, hats, scarves, and parasols. And don't forget to stay in shaded areas during the daytime events. Know where Medical is located and where water coolers are located, and don't leave your electronics in your car. And while we all love our furry friends, please leave your pets at home.

There are shaded areas throughout the festival, including the Bus Stop, PortalHub Stage & Dome. Water cooler locations can be found at the Bus Stop, Headquarters, and Portalhub. If you need to cool off just stroll on over to the misting station at Portalhub.

Early bird passes are on sale now, and tickets are available at the gate (cash and card accepted on site). General admission is $120, with Sunday-only tickets available for $60. And while the location of the festival is a bit of a mystery commonly endeared as “Space Ranch”, it's all part of the fun! Just make sure to plan ahead, print out your directions, and bring everything you'll need for a weekend of adventure.
